段海霞,女,山西太原人,博士,青海大学国家重点实验室副研究员,硕士生导师。2014年本科毕业于山西师范大学生物科学专业。2017年硕士毕业于兰州大学生态学专业。2021年博士毕业于兰州大学生态学专业。主要从事草地生态学、丛枝菌根真菌与植物互作、土壤微生物多样性对环境气候变化的响应动态研究。在相关研究领域高水平学术期刊Agronomy for Sustainable Development、Ecological Applications、European Journal of Agronomy、Field Crops Research、Science of the Total Environment、生态学报、草业学报等发表多篇论文。2021年入选青海省“高端创新人才千人计划”引进拔尖人才,2025年入选青海大学“学术新人”,担任Journal of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition、BMC Plant Biology等SCI期刊审稿人,特聘请为国家学位论文质量监测服务平台评审专家。
